Immerse yourself in a week of intentional living during our Regenerative Farm & Wilderness Retreat, a journey designed to move you through sustainability into active, soulful restoration. Grounded in the concept of returning to the elements, this retreat balances purposeful farm labor with deep mindfulness practices to recalibrate your relationship with yourself and the earth.
The Daily Rhythm: Labor and Stillness
- Purposeful Farm Stewardship: Mornings are dedicated to the rhythms of the farm. Participants engage in daily animal husbandry and the harvesting of seasonal produce for our shared meals. You will help manage closed-loop waste cycles by clearing forest debris and transforming that waste into "black gold" through the construction of biochar.
- Sensory Recalibration: Afternoons shift toward internal work through guided forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) and nature quests. These sessions heighten creativity, allowing the forest and natural stillness to serve as a rejuvenating serum for the mind.
- Creative & Spiritual Grounding: Through daily meditation and expressive art workshops, you will process your experiences in the field, using natural materials to give voice to your personal story of restoration.
This retreat is not just an escape; it is an active participation in regeneration, where your labor nourishes the land and the land, in turn, restores your spirit.
